The initial free consultation will be primarily focused on understanding Clients preferences and ideas, identifying the desired functionality and available budget. 

The proposal phase will outline the recommended design, technology and products with an overview of costs, timelines and milestones. After we fully understand the system design, what we need to control, lighting circuits, cable layout, speaker and rack location and available budgets have been agreed, we then submit a detailed proposal. Once agreed on the proposal, specifications, CAD drawings, audio video and lighting cable schedule and schematics will be handed to Architects or Contractors. 

When the project begins implementation phase, we track progress against the project plan and timelines, attending regular site meetings and working closely with appropriate team ensuring project proceeds smoothly and efficiently.

The finishing phase entails testing and fine-tuning,  Client training on the system installed. Handover documentation will be supplied after the project is completed, detailing system and product specifications.

The warranty for all hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty; subject to the date of purchase of items. We also provide 12 months warranty on all the services provided by iTech Automation.
